Yeni Rakı is produced from carefully selected fresh and dried Turkish grapes, which are fermented and distilled to obtain suma, the traditional grape-based spirit at the heart of rakı. Serving suggestion
Rakı is traditionally enjoyed diluted with cold water, which releases the anise oils and creates its characteristic milky appearance. A classic starting point is one part rakı to two parts cold water, adjusting the ratio to suit your taste. Add ice only after the water, and serve in the traditional glasses included in this gift pack.

Easy Home Serve – Traditional Yeni Rakı
- 50ml Yeni Rakı
- 100ml ice-cold water
- Ice cubes (optional)
Pour the rakı into one of the included glasses and slowly add the cold water, watching as the spirit transforms into its familiar cloudy white appearance. Add ice afterwards if desired.
