What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
I am planning an event, can I purchase wines from you?
Yes! We can supply wines and spirits for your event, whether it is a birthday, a wedding or just a friends gathering. Email us to arrange a wine tasting!
Can I purchase wine that is not on your list?
Nothing is impossible! We can have a look into that and give you the best quote possible. Just contact us via email to discuss the details.
Do you sell fine wines?
Yes! We can stock fine wines, rare and limited vintages that are hard to find. Such arrangements usually are held privately. For more information on the fine wine portfolio email us at info@vpmerchants.com.
Where do you deliver and how much it costs?
We deliver to any address within the Republic of Ireland. There is a EUR 7 flat fee regardless of the address. Orders over EUR 100 will be shipped free of charge. Delivery times may vary. Keep in mind, proof of age may be required upon delivery.
Can I be notified if items are out of stock?
Yes, if an item is out of stock, you can click the "Notify Me When Available" button on the product page. You will then receive an email notification when the product becomes available again.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Delivery times depend on your location. Generally, domestic orders arrive within 2-5 business days, after the dispatch. Please be advised, that during busy times and holidays the delivery time may be longer.
How do you pack my order?
Your order will arrive wrapped safely in reused packaging, this way we can attempt to reduce waste, as well as afford lower shipping rates.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order.
Can I order by telephone?
Currently, we do not offer telephone ordering. However, our website is user-friendly and secure, allowing you to place your order easily and safely online.
What is a minimum order?
The minimum order ideally would be 6 bottles of wines and/or spirits. You can order a mix of different wines and liqueurs. An entire box of the same wine/liqueur is exempt from minimum order requirement. Some products sold per item are also exempt, it depends on the product's nature.
