XUXU takes its famous strawberry character in a much more indulgent direction with XUXU Cream. The familiar combination of fresh strawberry and vodka is joined by smooth cream, creating a rich pink liqueur that sits somewhere between a fruity spirit and a liquid dessert.
Made with strawberry, vodka and cream, XUXU Cream keeps the unmistakable “Very, Very Strawberry” personality of the original while adding a wonderfully soft and velvety texture. It is sweet, fruity and creamy, but the strawberry remains firmly at the centre rather than disappearing behind the dairy richness.
At 15% ABV, this is an exceptionally approachable bottle, equally suited to a chilled shot, a pour over ice or something more decadent after dinner. Easy Home Cocktail
Strawberry Cream Fizz
- 40ml XUXU Cream
- 10ml fresh lime juice
- 60ml pink guava or strawberry juice
- Prosecco to top
- Ice
Shake the XUXU Cream, lime juice and fruit juice briefly with ice, then strain into a chilled glass. Top with Prosecco and give it a gentle stir.
The result is fruity, creamy and lightly sparkling — part dessert, part cocktail, and completely XUXU.

XUXU was created in Germany around the idea of putting real strawberry character at the heart of the bottle. Following the success of the original strawberry-and-vodka drink, XUXU Cream was developed as the indulgent evolution, combining the brand's signature strawberry character with fine cream. Produced by Georg Hemmeter in Bavaria, the 15% Cream expression has become a versatile part of the XUXU range, designed to work equally well as a drink, cocktail ingredient or dessert accompaniment.
