About this product

Crisp. Floral. Summer in a glass from Abruzzo’s Colline Teatine.
Cantina I Fauri’s Baldovino Trebbiano is a beautiful expression of simplicity without compromise. Grown organically on high-altitude slopes between the Maiella mountains and Adriatic Sea, this wine delivers pristine varietal character through low-intervention cellar work and stainless steel fermentation. Aromatic yet light, floral yet tangible, Baldovino is the sort of white that refreshes and charms in equal measure — a perfect introduction to Italy’s Trebbiano heritage.

From the first sip, expect lifted floral notes, orchard fruit freshness, and a precise mineral finish. Serve chilled as an aperitif, or slip it alongside seafood and light summer fare.

Why we love it:
Baldovino is pure affirmation of Trebbiano’s potential—floral, food-friendly, and impossibly fresh without pretension. It’s an everyday wine with uncommon character: effortless, elegant, and endlessly enjoyable.

Situated across six municipalities in Abruzzo’s Colline Teatine, Tenuta I Fauri is a certified organic estate managed by the Di Camillo family. Their vineyards—up to 250 m above sea level—benefit from marine air and mountain breezes. Wines are fermented using native yeasts in steel and cement vessels; minimal filtration and no oak help preserve purity and terroir. Baldovino is their everyday ambassador: honest, fresh, and full of personality.
