About this product

Effervescent. Elegant. A vibrant embrace of Pecorino and Chardonnay Sparkling.
Tenuta I Fauri’s Spumante Brut is their modern take on Italian bubbles—pairing the aromatic allure of Pecorino with the refined structure of Chardonnay. Made in the Charmat method, this wine undergoes secondary fermentation in autoclave for three months, resulting in fine, persistent mousse and a profile of fruit-driven freshness and creamy texture. It’s a celebration in every bottle — lively enough to lift your spirits, yet polished enough for dining.

From the moment the cork pops, expect an inviting blend of orchard fruit and stone fruit aromas. On the palate it offers peach, apricot, pineapple and citrus zest balanced with vibrant acidity and a soft, lingering finish. Perfect as aperitif or paired with seafood, it translates breezy Abruzzo sunshine into chilled, convivial elegance.

Why we love it:
Spumante Brut smiles with vibrant bubbles and juicy fruit, yet delivers refinement that feels thoughtful—not built. It’s bright, approachable, and refreshing—a sparkling white that pairs beautifully or stands happily on its own.
