Luminous. Aromatic. A bold native white from the hills of Abruzzo.
Tenuta I Fauri’s Pecorino is a masterclass in expressing terroir through purity. Grown organically in Chieti’s clay–calcareous soils, on vines trained in traditional tendone and cordone speronato systems, this wine reflects both the coastal freshness and mountain-driven mineral character of Colline Teatine. With minimal cellar intervention and stainless-steel ageing, this 100% Pecorino offers floral intensity, textured richness, and a backbone of saline finesse.
From the very first sip, enjoy aromas of exotic fruit, crisp apple, honeyed florals, and a hint of mint. The palate follows with generous yet refreshing depth—rich fruit flavors balanced by minerality and a clean, lingering finish.
Why we love it:
Pecorino by Tenuta I Fauri is the kind of wine that surprises with its texture and aromatic power. Rich yet precise, it feels both indulgent and refreshing—a gastronomic white that stands out without shouting.
