About this product

Bright. Floral. A refined white from the hills of Abruzzo.
Tenuta I Fauri’s Passerina is a celebration of purity and place. Grown in the windswept hills of Chieti, between the Adriatic Sea and the Maiella mountains, this expressive white is crafted with the family’s signature blend of tradition and low-intervention winemaking. Floral, mineral, and gently textured, it’s a refreshing reminder of how much depth can come from simplicity — and why Passerina is one of Italy’s best-kept white wine secrets.

From the first sip, this wine delivers lifted aromas, citrus-driven freshness, and a quiet elegance that makes it as welcome on a casual evening as at a fine summer table.

Why we love it:
This Passerina is proof that native varietals can surpass expectations without complexity. It offers floral elegance, vibrant citrus fruit, and a mineral lift—delivering refreshing character, regional authenticity, and lighter richness that suits both relaxed evenings and refined dining.

Tenuta I Fauri is a family estate rooted in Ari, near Chieti, where tradition and terroir connect across generations. Tenuta i Fauri is celebrated not only for its vantage between mountain and sea, but also for its family’s careful viticulture—and a restored cellar that merges historic concrete vats with modern stainless steel. The younger generation, Luigi and Valentina Di Camillo, continue their father’s legacy in biodynamic and sustainable farming.
