About this product

Vibrant. Flavorful. The heart and soul of Abruzzo in every glass.
Tenuta I Fauri’s Baldovino Cerasuolo is more than a rosé — it’s a tradition reimagined with finesse. Crafted exclusively from 100% Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, this intense cherry‑red wine captures coastal freshness and hillside energy. With minimal oak and a focus on purity, it’s fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve its floral aroma, juicy fruit, and saline vibrancy.

From the first sip, this wine bursts with red berry notes, a floral bouquet, and a hint of bitter almond on the finish — precisely what makes Cerasuolo unique in Italy’s wine lexicon. Expressive yet easygoing, it’s ideal for pairing or sipping solo — a perfectly balanced elegant companion to Mediterranean flavours

Why we love it:
This Cerasuolo is a gem of Abruzzo—bold in colour, generous in fruit, yet precise in structure. It’s for wine lovers who value expression and food-friendliness, but always within a container of elegance and authenticity. A rosé with depth and a story to tell.

Tenuta I Fauri is a family-run winery nestled in Abruzzo’s Colline Teatine hills, managing about 28 ha across six communes. Since becoming certified organic in 2021, they’ve focused exclusively on indigenous grapes—Montepulciano, Trebbiano, Pecorino, and Passerina—prized for purity and place-driven character. Their wines are fermented with native yeasts in steel and cement tanks to preserve authenticity and freshness.
