Ringbolt Cabernet Sauvignon is a polished and expressive red from Margaret River, one of Australia’s most respected Cabernet Sauvignon regions. Influenced by cooling Indian Ocean breezes, Margaret River produces Cabernet of balance, aromatic clarity, and refined tannin structure — often compared stylistically to classic Bordeaux, but with unmistakable Australian purity of fruit.

In the glass, this wine shows deep ruby colour and lifted aromatics of blackcurrant, dark plum, and subtle violet, layered with hints of graphite, cedar, and fine oak spice. The maritime climate allows for slow, even ripening, resulting in fruit intensity without overripeness and tannins that are firm yet elegantly integrated.

On the palate, Ringbolt Cabernet Sauvignon is medium to full-bodied, structured, and poised. Ripe cassis and blackberry flavours are framed by fine-grained tannins and fresh acidity, leading to a long, dry finish with savoury complexity. It offers immediate approachability while retaining the backbone to develop gracefully over several years.
