Redbreast Lustau Edition is a stunning collaboration between Midleton Distillery and the famed Bodegas Lustau in Jerez, Spain. This expression takes the classic Redbreast single pot still character and gives it a bold sherry twist: after initial maturation in bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, it is finished for an extended period in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts from Bodegas Lustau.
The result? A whiskey that marries Ireland’s signature pot still spice and creamy mouthfeel with the deep, luscious sweetness of Spanish sherry. Intensely aromatic, richly textured, and utterly indulgent — this is Redbreast for the sherry enthusiast.
