Mature. Majestic. Multilayered.
Redbreast 15 Year Old is a more contemplative and luxurious take on the classic Redbreast style — aged longer, bottled at a higher strength, and crafted with even greater depth. This celebrated single pot still Irish whiskey is matured in a careful balance of first-fill and refill bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry casks, allowing the robust distillate to marry beautifully with oak and spice.
Launched in the early 2000s as a special edition for La Maison du Whisky in Paris, it has since become a permanent — and much sought-after — part of the Redbreast range. Redbreast 15Y is a whiskey of substance: rounder, darker, and more spice-driven than its 12-year sibling, yet still unmistakably Redbreast at heart.
Why we love it:
Redbreast 15 Year Old is one of the great Irish whiskeys, full stop. It bridges the gap between accessibility and connoisseurship — deeper and bolder than the 12Y, but still elegant and endlessly enjoyable. A must-have for any serious whiskey collection.

Ireland

Colour
Rich copper with golden highlights.
Nose
Dense and layered with notes of tropical fruit, toasted nuts, dried fig, orange peel, clove, polished oak, and a touch of leather.
Palate
Full-bodied and oily, with complex layers of baked apple, almond brittle, dark chocolate, cinnamon, and warming spice — all grounded in creamy pot still character.

Enjoy Redbreast 15 Year Old neat or with a few drops of water to fully appreciate its depth and complexity. Best served slowly, in a quiet moment or shared among whiskey lovers.
