About this product

Textured. Golden. Grown to be wild.
From the sun-warmed hills of Ravenna, Randi’s fully organic estate crafts Trappola as an expressive orange wine, made from Pinot Bianco. The grapes are left to ferment with their skins, giving the wine a warm amber hue, vibrant structure, and layered aromatic complexity. Grown on clay-limestone soils and caressed by Adriatic breezes, this rare expression captures the soul of Emilia-Romagna while offering freshness and depth in every sip.

In the glass, Trappola displays a luminous amber-orange color, releasing aromas of dried apricot, orange peel, white flowers, and subtle hints of spice. On the palate, it is textured and lively: rich orchard fruit meets gentle tannins, with a mineral lift and a lingering, clean finish. Its organic skin-contact vinification ensures both purity and character, making it a captivating choice for those who love distinctive, food-friendly wines.

Perfect alongside seafood, grilled vegetables, light pasta dishes, or soft cheeses, Trappola brings a touch of innovation and tradition from Ravenna’s vineyards to Irish tables. It is a wine that combines intrigue, freshness, and elegance, ideal for relaxed occasions or special meals.

Why we love it:
We love Trappola for its aromatic depth, textured palate, and lively personality. Pinot Bianco’s transformation into an orange wine brings warmth, freshness, and a touch of intrigue to every glass. It’s a wine that adds character and curiosity to Irish tables while remaining approachable and versatile.
