Rous Pet-Nat Rosé is a bold, bottle-fermented sparkling rosé made from organically grown Longanesi (Burson) grapes. Crafted in the pétillant naturel method — fermented in bottle with native yeasts, unfiltered, and undisgorged — it’s a raw and expressive celebration of Emilia-Romagna’s rarest native varieties.

The colour is striking, the bubbles are soft and natural, and the flavour is bursting with juicy red fruit, herbs, and a savoury mineral edge. Wild yet balanced, dry but generous — it’s a rosé pét-nat that’s as good with food as it is on its own.
