About this product

Fresh. Floral. Seriously distinctive.
Rambëla Brut is a modern-classic Italian sparkling wine made from the rare Famoso grape, grown organically on the sandy soils of Emilia-Romagna, just inland from the Adriatic coast. Crafted in the Charmat Method (like high-quality Prosecco), this Brut is dry, fragrant, and full of energy — a dazzling alternative to mainstream bubbles that delivers both freshness and authenticity.

With its elegant mousse and distinctive floral aromatics, Rambëla Brut is expressive yet subtle. Think elderflower, white peach, citrus blossom, and a mineral-laced finish. Bright, structured, and oh-so drinkable, it’s ideal as an aperitivo or with lighter dishes where finesse is key.

Why we love it:
This isn’t your typical sparkling wine. Rambëla Brut has all the finesse of good Prosecco, but with a more intriguing floral profile, coastal freshness, and rare varietal story. Organic, vegan, and stylishly different — a conversation starter in every glass.
