Raw. Wild. Joyfully alive.
From the sun-drenched hills of Ravenna, Randi’s fully organic estate crafts Ramba, a lively and expressive Pet-Nat sparkling wine made from Famoso — also known locally as Rambëla. Using the pétillant-naturel method, the wine gently ferments in the bottle, creating a delicate effervescence that enhances its fresh, aromatic character while showcasing the rare, indigenous grape.
In the glass, Ramba displays a pale golden-orange hue with fine, playful bubbles. The nose opens with aromas of white peach, apricot, citrus zest, and subtle floral notes. On the palate, it is crisp, vibrant, and refreshing: juicy orchard fruits mingle with a mineral lift and a clean, persistent finish. Its organic, skin-contact vinification preserves the purity of Famoso while adding a textural depth that makes it both intriguing and approachable.
Perfect for seafood, light salads, fresh cheeses, or simply enjoyed on its own as a sparkling treat, Ramba brings the character and charm of Ravenna’s vineyards to Irish tables. Its natural sparkle and aromatic complexity make it a delightful choice for casual gatherings or celebratory moments alike.
Why we love it:We love Ramba for its bright, playful energy and aromatic depth. Famoso shows off fresh orchard fruit, subtle florals, and lively bubbles, creating a naturally sparkling wine that feels joyous, vibrant, and perfectly suited to Irish tables. It’s a wine that brings personality, freshness, and a touch of Emilia-Romagna’s terroir to every glass.
