This is pétillant naturel winemaking at its purest — vibrant, unfiltered, and deeply expressive. Crafted from the rare Famoso grape (aka Rambëla), this fizz captures the untamed charm of coastal Romagna in every hazy, golden-glowing glass.

Expect bright citrus, white flowers, wild herbs, and a slightly savoury edge from the lees. The bubbles are soft but persistent, the texture ever so slightly creamy, and the finish refreshing and bone dry. No sugar, no fining, no filtration — just fruit, fermentation, and a crown cap to hold it all together.
