Crafted from the ancient and rare Longanesi grape, Burson Riserva “Etichetta Nera” is the pinnacle of Randi Vini’s red wine production. This is not just a wine — it’s a declaration of regional pride and heritage, made with partial appassimento (grape drying), long ageing, and uncompromising organic farming.

Harvested late and partially dried to concentrate sugars and structure, the wine is then aged for 24 months in French tonneaux and refined in bottle for a further year. The result is a deep, powerful red that balances richness with remarkable clarity: dark fruit, toasted spice, chestnut honey, and balsamic depth all flow together in a seamless, long finish.

Bright ruby red, clear and medium-deep.

Nose
Juicy ripe plums and cherries, balanced by spicy violet florals, menthol hints, balsamic undercurrents, and a faint iodine twist.

Palate
Energetic and direct, with crunchy red fruit, vibrant acidity, firm yet fine tannins, and a lingering, slightly bittersweet finish. Harmonious, with a long, clean finish.

Burson Riserva calls for bold, refined cuisine. Try it with:
