Platte Valley Corn Whiskey

McCormick Distilling is located in Weston, Missouri and produces a wide range of spirits. It is the oldest distillery west of the Mississippi still operating in its original location.

Platte Valley is made from 100% corn mash. The whiskey is distilled in column stills. The whiskey is aged for 36 months in unused oak barrels.

Bottled in a clay jug, which is reminiscent of the design of a hundred years ago.

Tasting notes:

Colour: Amber.
Nose: Spicy, notes of yeast, grain.
Taste: Smooth, peppery, fruity, notes of vanilla, corn mash.
Finish: Long lasting, creamy.
