Pitars Friulano San Cristoforo

Straw yellow colour with greenish tinges.

It is a great wine: soft and delicate but with an intense floral bouquet with hints of berries.
Dry, fresh, smooth and velvety in the mouth with a slight almond flavour, well rounded with a moderately alcoholic content and acidity. Best-drunk young or only slightly aged, the grapes are harvested early for a maximum flavour.

Excellent as an aperitif, it makes well with light hors d’oeuvres, soups, pasta and rice or with fish and white meat dishes.

Serving temperature 10–12 °C.
