On the sun-drenched, clay-limestone hills of Predappio, the fully organic estate of Pandolfa crafts the “Pandolfo” Sangiovese Superiore with care, precision, and a deep respect for Romagna’s terroir. These vines, planted on mineral-rich soils at 150–200 m above sea level, thrive under Adriatic breezes that lend freshness and aromatic lift, giving this Sangiovese its vivid character and elegance.

In the glass, the wine shows a vibrant ruby-red hue, inviting you into aromas of ripe red cherries, raspberries, a hint of wild herbs, and a delicate spice. The palate is lively yet polished: juicy red fruit meets silky tannins, underpinned by subtle minerality and a clean, lingering finish that echoes the hillside vineyards. Ageing in a combination of steel and large oak casks preserves freshness while enhancing depth, creating a wine that is both expressive and refined.
