Easy Home Cocktail – Mini Mojito
Ingredients:
- 50ml Old Captain White Rum
- 25ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 6–8 Mint Leaves
- Soda Water
- Ice
Method: Gently press the mint with the lime juice and sugar syrup in a tall glass. Fill with ice, add the rum and top with soda water. Stir gently and garnish with fresh mint and lime.
A simple, refreshing Cuban classic — and the 20cl bottle gives you just enough rum for a few good Mojitos.
