Crafted in the quiet vineyards of eastern Veneto, Dogale Passito is a dessert wine with a soul. Made from 100% Verduzzo grapes that are left to dry naturally on the vine and in crates, this golden nectar is the fruit of slow craftsmanship. After months of gentle drying, the grapes are softly pressed and matured to reveal an opulent, amber-hued wine with layers of flavour — a celebration of nature’s generosity and the winemaker’s care.

Palate
Lusciously sweet yet balanced by elegant acidity. Notes of dried apricot, caramelised pear, orange zest, and hints of spice unfold in a silky, persistent finish.

This elegant Passito pairs beautifully with:
