About the producer
La Fée was founded in 2000 by George Rowley and Marie-Claude Delahaye to revive authentic absinthe in France. Using meticulously researched 19th-century methods and partnering with the Musée de l’Absinthe, they created a spirit that’s both historically faithful and modernly compelling.
