About this product

Depth. Complexity. A wine carved by time and mountain air.
In the silent stillness of Aragón’s elevated vineyards, where ancient soils meet the fierce Iberian sun, Íbero de Paniza II is shaped by patience. This Reserva is the second chapter in Paniza’s tribute to heritage—a wine that takes the bold, fruit-forward energy of Garnacha, Tempranillo, and Cabernet Sauvignon and weaves it through time, oak, and elevation.

After slow fermentation, the wine is aged for 18 months in American oak barrels and refined for at least 24 months in bottle, allowing its structure to soften and its aromas to deepen. What emerges is a wine of real presence—layered with spice, forest berries, toasted cedar, and a savoury touch of earth. Elegant yet grounded, it’s a Reserva that speaks of balance, landscape, and the power of waiting.

Why we love it:
This is Reserva done right: bold, structured, and seasoned by time. It’s a wine that unfolds slowly, rewarding those who savour it—and proof that greatness often comes from places less travelled.
