- 50ml Hinotori Goldorak 2025
- 100–150ml chilled sparkling water
- Plenty of ice
- Lemon twist, optional
Fill a tall glass with ice and add the whisky, top slowly with chilled sparkling water. Stir gently to combine without losing too much carbonation. Finish with a lemon twist if desired.
