Crafted using only spontaneously foraged Sardinian botanicals, particularly Mediterranean juniper (Juniperus oxycedrus), along with sage, lentisk, myrtle, and aromatic herbs, it’s a testament to the island’s rugged beauty and artisanal distilling heritage.
Distilled in small copper pot stills and allowed long fermentation and distillation times, Grifu achieves crystalline purity and layered aromas. At 43% ABV, this is a gin that demands attention—a maritime gin with a subtle, saline finish and a velvety, herbal aftertaste that lingers, as evocative as an evening breeze off the Sardinian coast.
