This whiskey beautifully marries the richness of single pot still distillation with the depth and structure of French oak and red wine influence.
Triple distilled and matured initially in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, it is then finished for up to two years in the Léoville Barton barrels — imparting layers of ripe dark fruit, spice, and vinous elegance. A seamless blend of two families with deep Irish roots and a shared passion for craftsmanship.
