The Giovinco Extra Brut is a celebration of Sicilian elegance — a sparkling wine that captures the very essence of Mount Etna’s volcanic slopes. Crafted from Nerello Mascalese vinified in white, it reveals a completely different expression of this noble grape: refined, mineral, and radiantly pure. Each bubble tells a story of altitude and air, of ancient lava flows and Mediterranean breezes, woven together in perfect balance.

At Giovinco, everything begins with respect — for the land, the vines, and the natural rhythms of Sicily. The grapes are grown organically and hand-harvested from high-elevation vineyards, where cool nights preserve freshness and acidity. Vinified using the traditional method, the wine rests patiently on its lees, gaining depth and finesse before release.
