About this product

Savoury. Sophisticated. Distinctly Mediterranean.
Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin is an exceptionally elegant savoury gin, crafted with cold-pressed olive oil and olive leaf from Victoria’s iconic Cobram Estate. It’s a gin that leans into the lush, herbaceous side of the spectrum — a masterclass in balance and complexity, perfect for martinis, spritzes, and creative aperitivo-style serves.

This gin takes the vibrant citrus and juniper foundation of Four Pillars' Rare Dry and layers in bay leaf, rosemary, thyme, and—most importantly—olive. The result? A savoury gin that’s dry, textural, and seriously versatile.

Why we love it:
Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin is the gin for food lovers, martini drinkers, and anyone who enjoys depth and dryness in their glass. It's savoury in all the right ways — fresh, fragrant, and effortlessly cool.
