Farmer's Block Shiraz Cabernet

Farmer's Block Shiraz - Cabernet Sauvignon is made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz grapes from the Western Cape in South Africa. After harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery for further processing. The grapes are stalked and the must undergoes a temperate fermentation. The wine is transported from South Africa in bulk and bottled in Denmark. This represents a significantly reduced CO2 load compared to bottled wine imported.

Farmer's Block Shiraz - Cabernet Sauvignon is deep red in colour with a distinct aroma of ripe berries. The taste is full of fresh fruit acid that gives a nice balance. There are notes of blackberries, blackcurrants and a little leather. An excellent companion to beef and ripe cheeses. Serving temperature: 16-18 ° C.
