Naturally pink. Fresh, fruity and unmistakably French.
There is more to Ecusson Rosé than its beautiful colour. Made in Normandy from French apples, this delicate rosé cider gets its naturally pink hue and distinctive red-fruit character from the Rouge Délice apple, a red-fleshed variety that has become something of a signature for Ecusson.
At just 3% ABV, it is light, fresh and effortlessly easy to enjoy. Floral aromas lead into a crisp, gently fruity palate, with raspberry and red-berry notes balanced by refreshing acidity rather than heavy sweetness.
The organic credentials add another layer to the story, with the Rosé Bio made from 100% organic, French apples. It is a particularly appealing alternative to heavier ciders when something lighter, colourful and refreshing is called for — whether in Ireland or on a sunny terrace somewhere in Normandy.
Why we love it:
A cider that looks as good as it tastes, with a naturally vibrant colour and plenty of fresh fruit character. The 3% ABV keeps it light and approachable, while the combination of raspberry, floral notes and crisp apple makes it particularly easy to reach for when a refreshing drink is wanted.
