The Galánta 2022 Edition is a Single Pot Still-style Single Malt, fully matured in ex-Bourbon casks, and bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration. Each drop reflects the meticulous craft and attention to detail for which The Shed is known. The whiskey opens with delicate aromas of vanilla pod, caramelised sugar, and honeyed oak — followed by a palate that bursts with creamy malt, orchard fruits, and gentle spice. The Bourbon cask influence shines through with toffee, toasted coconut, and warm oak, creating a long, elegant finish that lingers beautifully.
