This rare and flavourful spirit revives a centuries-old Monégasque tradition, celebrating the natural bounty of the region.
Harvested by hand and cold-macerated to preserve their rich, date-like sweetness and deep cocoa notes, the carob pods give this liqueur a velvety texture and a naturally bittersweet complexity.
