Crafted in the heart of the Côte d’Azur, Carruba from Distillerie de Monaco is an extraordinary liqueur made from wild carob pods — known locally as caroube — that grow along the sun-soaked Mediterranean coast. This rare and flavourful spirit revives a centuries-old Monégasque tradition, celebrating the natural bounty of the region.

Harvested by hand and cold-macerated to preserve their rich, date-like sweetness and deep cocoa notes, the carob pods give this liqueur a velvety texture and a naturally bittersweet complexity. Carruba is a love letter to the past, reimagined for modern palates — smooth, slightly nutty, and unmistakably Mediterranean.
