Fresh. Feminine. A blush of Italian sparkle.
Colli Vicentini “Juliet” Prosecco Rosé captures the romance and elegance of Italy’s Veneto region in every delicate bubble. Crafted from Glera and Pinot Noir grapes, it’s a celebration of freshness, grace, and Italian style — a sparkling wine as charming and joyful as its name.
Blushing pale pink in colour, Juliet opens with aromas of wild strawberries, rose petals, and crisp green apple. On the palate, it is vibrant and refreshing, with fine, persistent bubbles carrying notes of red berries, citrus, and a whisper of creaminess. Perfectly balanced between fruitiness and finesse, it finishes with a clean, elegant touch that lingers beautifully.
Made by the renowned Colli Vicentini cooperative, Juliet embodies Veneto’s proud sparkling wine tradition, blending craftsmanship with a sense of playfulness and romance. For Irish Prosecco lovers, it brings a taste of Italy’s charm and celebration — the kind of bottle that turns an ordinary moment into something unforgettable.
Why we love it:
We love Juliet Prosecco Rosé for its freshness, fine bubbles, and romantic personality. It’s elegant yet approachable, perfect for toasts, brunches, or quiet evenings shared with someone special. A sparkling wine that’s as graceful as its name.

Founded in 1955, Cantina Sociale dei Colli Vicentini began as a cooperative of 33 dedicated vineyard growers from Montecchio Maggiore and nearby villages in Veneto, Italy — an area with volcanic and morainic soils perfectly suited to viticulture.
Over the decades, the winery has evolved into a modern yet territorial powerhouse, now overseeing around 1,200 hectares of vineyards across the Berici Hills. This scale allows Colli Vicentini to combine ancient local grape varieties with international ones, crafting wines that range from easy-drinking everyday bottles to premium Torre dei Vescovi selections.
