From the sun‑lit hills of the southern Marche in Italy, the organic estate of Tenuta Cocci Grifoni has released Manifesto — a bold declaration of sustainability, innovation and terroir. This wine is crafted from the PIWI grape variety Johanniter, a disease‑resistant white varietal selected for its suitability in a changing climate.

In the glass, Manifesto glows with rich amber‑gold tones and copper highlights. The bouquet is dynamic: elderflower, ripe mandarin, crisp apple, pear, ginger and white pepper emerge layered and aromatic. On the palate, the wine is fresh, taut and textured: vibrant citrus and stone‑fruit flavours, a lively acidity, clean tannins from the skin contact, and a saline, mineral underpinning lead into a long and refreshing finish.
