Cincinnato Grappa di Bellone Riserva

Arciprete grappa is obtained entirely from Bellone pomace, known in the local territory of Cori as Arciprete. Production is closely linked grape harvest.

The distillation process is with the continuous steam method. Distillation is slow, fostering the formation of the volatile compounds that develop the aromas. Follows the ageing process, for at least 18 months in casks.

Soft, pleasantly sweet and rich with the complex nuances of ageing in casks that impart a pleasantly bitter note.
