Made from 100% indigenous Caprettone grapes grown on 350 m altitudes in volcanic, sandy soils around Mount Vesuvius, this méthode classique sparkling wine reflects both place and tradition. Its cradle-to-bottle vinification showcases hand-harvesting, whole-cluster pressing, and extended ageing—though with a gentle dosage, it offers a softer expression than the zero-dosage Brut Nature version.
