La Casa Rossa "Agata di Fuoco" Passito Bianco Superiore di Toscana

Taking inspiration from the amber colour and considering its notes so primordial and close to the local land, this wine is capable of transforming energies and balances into pleasant sensations. The name "Agata di Fuoco" comes from a known stone with an emotional and spiritual character.

This Passito has an intense yellow colour with aromas of raisins and dried fruit typical of Malvasia and Trebbiano Toscano. The soft and full-bodied taste makes the finish very balanced and pleasant in total symbiosis with a high alcohol content. 

The harvest takes place by selecting the best bunches and preserving their integrity, in order to perfecting withering. After this process the grapes are gently pressed and the must transferred to wooden stems where alcoholic fermentation takes place. This process, which naturally preserves a sugar residue, gives this product all its originality.

An impressive ten years for ageing in small barrels prior bottling, are the final touch for this unique and rare Passito Bianco Superiore.
