La Casa Rossa "Giadaoliva" Bianco Toscana IGT

Giadaoliva is a lively organic Chardonnay based white wine, featuring citrus and tropical fragrances at the nose, followed by aromas or orange, vanilla and acacia on the palate, for a soft and perfectly balanced experience leading to a gentle and long finish.

This wine is aged for an extensive time in barrels, providing an excellent complexity and structure, to best enhance the qualities of the Chardonnay grapes.

The name of this wine comes from the fact that this type of grape has very small berries and a bright green colour that resembles a precious stone called Giadaoliva. 

Limited production of only 2,000 bottles per year.

All wines produced by Podere La Casa Rossa are organic.
