La Casa Rossa "Diasprorosso" Rosso Toscana IGT

"Diasprorosso" is made with 100% organic Merlot grapes, presenting a ruby red colour with garnet nuances. Red ripe fruits are the main notes, soft and dry with a good tannins presence and excellent complexity.

This wine is produced only in the best vintages and in limited quantities of 2000 bottles per production cycle, making it a true gem to enjoy during a roast based dinner, or to keep in the cellar for further ageing.

"Diasprorosso" is aged for 30 months in large barrels, followed by a further refining in bottle for at least 5 months.

All wines produced by La Casa Rossa are organic.
