A vivid Sardinian rosé that sings in coral hues.
In Gallura dialect, També—a playful phrase meaning “so it is”—captures the wine’s spirit perfectly. Made from 90% Carignano and 10% other native red varieties, this rosé is crafted from grapes grown on sun-soaked coastal slopes overlooking Corsica. The moment the cork comes free, vibrant freshness and Mediterranean energy fill the air.
The colour is striking: a pale pink with warm coral reflections, reminiscent of rose petals at dawn. The bouquet unfolds with rose petals, violet, citrus jelly, lemon balm, and redcurrant. On the palate, it’s fragrant and balanced, rounded yet energetic, culminating in a savoury mineral finish that lifts the fruit sweetness with satisfying tension.
Why we love it:
També is a rosé that balances bold character with graceful elegance. It offers layered perfume, gentle minerality, and a brightness that transports you straight to the Mediterranean coast. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with refined seafood dishes, it captures Capichera’s adventurous spirit—and Sardinia’s sunlit essence—in a bottle.

Capichera farms 50 hectares across Gallura’s granite hills in Arzachena, where sea breezes and rugged soils shape the character of every wine. També was born from a daring idea—to create a rosé from Carignano grapes vinified as a white wine—a style both rare and expressive. The result is a wine that stands out among Sardinian whites and rosés for its freshness and aromatic generosity.
