About this product

Morning dew in a glass. Bright. Mineral. Sardinian soul.
From the sunlit granite hills of Gallura, where the mistral winds sweep in from the sea, Capichera’s Lintòri captures the very first light of day in a bottle. The name means “morning dew” in the local Gallurian dialect — a nod to the freshness and vitality of the estate’s youngest Vermentino vines.

This is a wine born just moments from the coastline, where salt lingers in the air and wild herbs grow between the rocks. Crisp, aromatic and effortlessly vibrant, Lintòri is Capichera’s most expressive and easy-drinking white — a gateway into the elegance and identity of Sardinia’s flagship grape.

Crafted entirely in stainless steel to preserve its vivid fruit and saline backbone, Lintòri is a modern classic with Mediterranean soul. Pure, poised, and perfect for lovers of coastal wines with character.

Why we love it:
Bright, breezy, and full of Sardinian charm, Lintòri is everything we love about coastal Vermentino: precise, floral, and lightly saline. It brings sunshine to the table, whether you're sipping it in summer or dreaming of the Mediterranean in winter. A wine to open when freshness, elegance, and versatility are what you’re after.

Capichera is a family-run winery in Arzachena, Gallura — the first to bottle Vermentino in a dry, structured style that would come to define Sardinian white wine. Since the 1970s, the Ragnedda family has cultivated their granite-rich vineyards with a focus on purity and terroir. Today, Capichera is recognised across Italy and beyond for elevating the profile of Vermentino, and Lintòri remains their most drinkable, energetic expression — all freshness, all finesse.
