Expressive. Ancient. Sardinian treasure.
Crafted from 100% Semidano—an ancient native grape resurrected in Mogoro—Puistéris is Cantina di Mogoro’s flagship white, drawing its name from the nearby Neolithic village. Carefully produced from low-yield, old-vine vineyards on calcareous, sandy soils, this dry white is bold, balanced, and elegantly saline—a stellar example of Sardinian terroir.
Why we love it:
Puistéris is Sardinia in a glass — deeply rooted, textural, and refreshingly nuanced. With its blend of florals, salty minerality, and oak depth, it's a white for thoughtful sipping and food pairing, capable of graceful ageing yet beautifully expressive even when young.
