About this product

Refined. Deep. Remarkably smooth.
Crafted from the noble pomace of Nebbiolo da Barolo, Bordiga’s Grappa di Barolo Invecchiata is a spirit of great heritage and character. Slowly aged in oak casks, this is grappa elevated — warm and enveloping, with rich layers of spice, dried fruit, and floral nuance.

Distilled using time-honoured methods in the Piedmont Alps, this expression undergoes patient maturation in wood, transforming it into a silky, golden-hued distillate with exceptional depth and aromatic complexity.

Why we love it:
This is grappa for the whisky or cognac lover — a spirit that tells the story of Nebbiolo through time and oak. Smooth, structured, and soulful, it’s an exceptional bottle for collectors and connoisseurs alike.
