Ciais Dry Gin Small Batch is a superb expression of traditional London Dry, made in the Italian Alps by Bordiga, a distillery founded in 1888. Distilled in small batches using copper pot stills heated over wood, it harnesses pure mountain spring water and a handpicked selection of botanicals—including wild juniper from the Maritime Alps, angelica root, coriander, thyme, orange, and lemon peel—yielding a spirit with clarity, finesse, and true alpine character
