Mythical. Herbal. A masterwork of botanical distillation.
Bordiga’s Absinthe is a rare and elegant take on one of the world’s most enigmatic spirits. Crafted in the Italian Alps using time-honoured methods, this absinthe is distilled with wormwood (Artemisia absinthium), anise, fennel, and a closely guarded blend of wild alpine herbs — many of which are hand-harvested from the mountains surrounding the distillery.
Unlike overly stylised modern versions, Bordiga’s Absinthe is authentic and classically styled: intense, aromatic, and naturally coloured, with no artificial additives or post-distillation flavourings. It offers an anise-forward palate lifted by earthy florals and a persistent bitter finish — unmistakably traditional, and utterly captivating.
Why we love it:
Bordiga’s Absinthe is a window into the past — herbal, intense, and uncompromisingly traditional. It’s the real deal, made for true enthusiasts and curious drinkers alike. A piece of Alpine history, bottled.
