Bordiga Absinthe is a spirit distilled according to the recipe dating back to 1903. Bordiga is a distillery producing with respect for tradition. Its strong point is the alpine officinal herbs are still harvested by hand and dried at high altitude by mountain dwellers in an uncontaminated environment. This means that the botanicals used in production of their liqueurs and spirits are harvested without the use of engines, without pesticides, fertilisers, fungicides and above all with enormous attention to the quality of the products in respect of the environment.

The local spring water as well as the herbs from the region give this Absinthe an unforgettable spicy aroma and a light tart and elegant taste. Bordiga Absinthe should be served using the traditional water and sugar method. Also suitable for modern mixing.
