About this product

Elegant. Authentic. A captivating signature of Vallée de la Marne.
Bernard Bijotat Brut Origine is a Champagne that embodies the essence of celebration — lively, elegant, and beautifully balanced. Crafted from a classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, this cuvée captures the richness of Premier Cru terroirs while staying true to the house philosophy of finesse and authenticity. It’s the Champagne you open when you want to mark life’s moments, whether grand or intimate, bringing sparkle and joy to the table.

What makes Brut Origine stand out is its harmony. The freshness of citrus and orchard fruit meets the subtle depth of toasted brioche and almond, creating a wine that is at once vibrant and inviting. The fine mousse and long mineral finish add sophistication without heaviness, making it a Champagne that pleases both connoisseurs and casual drinkers alike.

In Ireland, where Champagne has become part of the rhythm of celebration — from weddings to weekends — this bottle feels right at home. It offers the perfect balance of refinement and approachability, a sparkling wine that elevates everyday moments and turns them into occasions worth remembering.

Why we love it:
Brut Origine captures the essence of grower-led Champagne: expressive fruit, elegant mousse, and minerality, all reflecting the heart of Vallée de la Marne. It's a refined, approachable Champagne that elevates everyday moments.
