Bernard Bijotat is a fourth-generation Récoltant‑Manipulant based in Romeny-sur-Marne, working 10 ha across Premier and unnamed parcels in Vallée de la Marne: Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay & Pinot Noir. The estate practices integrated viticulture, reduces sulphur levels, and ages select cuvées in oak and lees to highlight terroir purity. Bernard and Sébastien—along with Clément and Valentin—combine family tradition with experimental precision.
