Distilled in the high valleys of Jilotepec, Mexico, Abasolo is not just a whisky — it’s a cultural tribute. Made entirely from 100% ancestral Cacahuazintle corn, an heirloom variety traditionally used in Mexican cuisine, Abasolo honours thousands of years of agricultural and culinary heritage.

Through the ancient process of nixtamalization — the same method used to prepare corn for tortillas — this whisky extracts a deep, earthy sweetness and smooth complexity rarely found in grain spirits. Double-distilled and matured in a mix of new toasted and used oak barrels, it offers a flavour profile that’s both warm and strikingly original.
