Celebrating over four decades of collaboration with Spain's finest sherry cask makers, the Paez family, Bushmills created this 10 year old single malt whiskey, aged for a minimum of 10 years in bourbon and sherry casks, married and finished in aromatic Oloroso Sherry butts from the Paez-Morilla bodega, Jerez, Spain.
 
The result: the honeyed maltiness of the regular Bushmills 10 year old is intensified in this darker flavoured liquid, available only in Global travel retail. Alcohol by volume - 46%. Deep amber gold colour. Tasting notes on the nose: a full-bodied aroma of rich Dried Fruit and Vanilla Spice. Tasting notes on the palate: a luxurious flavour experience with a complex Sherry character of Raisins and Nuts, coupled with the signature Honey and Vanilla maltiness of Bushmills single malt. Tasting notes on the finish: a long, Dried Fruit finish with notes of Apple Pie and Sweet Wood.
