Tenuta Cocci Grifoni "Guido Cocci Grifoni" Pecorino Offida DOCG

"Guido Cocci Grifoni" is harvested from the first hectare of the winery, where the story of Pecorino began, and is dedicated to Guido Cocci Grifoni. This is the latest expression of Pecorino, crafted in a limited quantity of 2000 numbered bottles. 

Among the winery's selection of whites, it's the fullest, most saline and smooth. It opens with notes of ripe apple and pomegranate, then transitions to intense, fleshy yellow flowers. Aromatic herbs come forward decisively, accompanied by a captivating scent of star anise.

"Guido Cocci Grifoni" is aged in stainless steel tanks for 3 months on total lees and 9 months on fine lees, followed by a minimum of 6 months in the bottle.
